ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

U.S. SHIPPING
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping — $8.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more.

Express Shipping — $15.00
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and the shipping carrier so the issue can be investigated. MONKEY LOGIC is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
